To keep these guests engaged and bring in new players, we create and develop tailored marketing strategies through Social Media, Email Marketing, Direct Mail and Telemarketing. Also, our Casino Dealer Training School, an entity certified by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, develops all our casino talent assuring a knowledgeable, well-prepared croupier.
